Expected more for the price. Good price, decent location. Room service is a joke, we wanted a couple more towels and a few toiletries and actually had to take the dirty towels to the front desk to exchange for new towels. The bathroom door didn't latch unless you lifted up on the door.

Good stay. Room was clean and comfortable. There was a few problems with the hair dryer not working and the kitchen sink spraying water (the faucet was cracked). Overall, the staff was helpful in getting a replacement hair dryer for me.

Convenience We live in Denali and the stay here is convenient and affordable and we like that we can cook our own food. The breakfast is just oatmeal, granola bars and muffins with coffee so don't make that A determining factor.

Awesome Hotel The staff went out of their way to make us happy in any way. Ashley, Hannah went above and beyond. Always hot coffee downstairs. And always supplied us with any item we needed for our little kitchen. I will be back and look forward to the ESA hotel Lisa

安くて空港に近い オーロラツアーに参加するため急遽一泊ホテルを探すことになり空港が近く、安いこのホテルに滞在しました。 安く済ませたい方には、全く問題ありません。歩いてすぐスーパーもありました。

Hotel nicely located This hotel is close to the airport. It costs about $10 to ride a taxi from the airport to the hotel. Many groceries stores and restaurants are within the walking distance.

Convenient location; close to everything. I visited Fairbanks for a short business meeting. I decided to bring my parents with me so they can experience Fairbanks and North Pole. We had a nice time. The hotel was very comfortable and the staff is friendly.

Heat, Fridge, To Loud The first room they put us in the toilet did not flush, so they moved us to another room, the radient heat sounded like mice trying to claw their way thru the wall, and the fridege came on and the motor so loud we could hardly sleep.
