Great Clean Place to Stay. Great place to come and go as we wished. Super having a kitchennette so we could saving money on cost. This was by far one of the better hotels we have stayed at.
Good stay in Fairbanks My wife and I flew into Fairbanks on business. Even though there was a high school track team also staying at the location, our accomodation was quite and restful. If staying for an extended time, this room would be perfect with a small kitchen, and easy chair.
Worn out and overpriced The hotel is very jaded, worn out fittings and generally very down at heal. For $282 a night it is totally overpriced. Extremely disappointing
Overall just a poor experience. No secondaty lock on the door. T.V. didnt work. Room was musty and we needed to clean the room once we were in it. Beds were hard and uncomfortable.
The hotel is OK, but the management and the staff are horrible. I honestly don't know why they are in the hospitality industry they seem to hate their customers. I would sleep in my car before I would stay there again.
They were yelling at some teenagers when I arrived. Apparently they were staying there but didn’t have a key but the staff didn’t believe them until they called the parent to bring the key. I have a feeling it was just cause they were black kids.
Hotel ran out of breakfasts 1 hour after it opened Room was great. But when the guests came down at 0700 to get their grab and go breakfast, they were told that the hotel was out of breakfasts. Part of what we paid for was a breakfast. That is one of the main reasons we put the employees there at that hotel. So they could grab breakfast and get to their jobsite. An hour after "breakfast" was supposed to be available we are told they are all out. This is VERY POOR planning on the hotels part.
