Not recommended. TV did not work in the room. Extended Stay America uses some buggy TV portal software which doesn't work well. The rude woman from the front desk moved me to another room, but that TV didn't work either. I gave up trying to resolve the issue. The toilets in the bathrooms are stained. The door to my room was broken and slammed shut when released. Noise from the hall carried into the room - thin walls. Free breakfast is no free breakfast Everything was great except you advertise a free breakfast. An energy bar and a cup of coffee is not a free breakfast. That doesn't even count as a continental breakfast. Total bait and switch. I booked the crew there because there was a breakfast. I could have paid less at another hotel and the money saved would have paid for a full breakfast at a restaurant. Will not be booking again at your place unless we have no other choice in the future.

The property was under construction. They should not be charging us full price for this. The staff was accommodating though

The staff said we booked through Expedia so not guaranteed to have two queen beds we have three people have one queen bedroom n they can only give a roller trash bed n didn’t give us extra bedsheet n blanket until u asked never book this hotel again n need to book hotel directly then u can get bed guaranteed
