Don’t stay here It was the worst stay I have had. The hotel is under construction which I was not told when I booked it Pictures of the rooms and hotel were not true to what you receive. The location is in a very bad part of the town. Staff told us that we would have to leave unless my husband removed his guns from the room. Alaska is an open carry state. I flew all the way to Fairbanks to be told I didn't have a room so I spent the first day of my vacation trying to find a place to stay I will never use Expedia again did not get what I paid for..I paid for a two gueen studio with kitchen and ended up with a closet with a queen bed and a box fan I believe Expedia got the better end of this deal

If we had paid $80-$125 for a room, the value received would have been fair. However, we were charged $229 for the first night and $304 for the second night, which was outrageous for a motel of this category. When I inquired about the pricing, the helpful person at the desk said that pricing was based on demand and availability of rooms. There did not seem to be so many people staying at the motel (parking lot was ~2/3 full including workmen). Dirty floors in hallways, doors not working, elevator made scary noises. Of the three rooms we got, only one was clean. The other two had dirty floors, unorganized pillows, a bathroom door that wouldn't close, and stains on tables (Blood?). They gave us a room that was already reserved and had someone in it at first, and I had to go back down later to get a key card that worked.

This was the dirtiest, most poorly run hotel I have ever stayed at. Front desk staff was curt and disheveled. Room smelled like a dog, could not switch rooms, vending out of service, heat not working, sink not draining, question whether or not sheets where changed, shower head broken. I did not need them, but not one dish or kitchen item provided in this extended stay. Elevator stinks, not sure of what? Cant wait to leave, you should take this hotel off Expedia

This place is disgusting. The room smells like someone vomited cigarette butts all over the room and left it for 20yrs. The pillows stink so bad I had to put t-shirt’s on as pillow cases.

Our room door did not close completely, the toilet was dirty and got plugged immediately after using it, 2 lampshade had burned out light bulbs inside them, the windows and curtains were dirty.

I checked in at 1 AM, room was not cleaned, TV did not work, WIFI was down I had to use dish washing soap to shower with
