Not happy with the hair in the shower, dirty floor.. coffee was way to sour..

The first room they put me in smelt like dog pee so bad that I asked to move rooms...after 3 days of asking for a different room...they moved me, this room smelt just as bad. I spent probably 50 bucks on cleaning stuff just to try and make it manageable. Floor was stained, the bed and bedding were terrible....it did have air conditioning tho...ha

The staff was rude. Complained about customers using Expedia Offered no room service to customers who used Expedia to book their stay. They offered linen but all cleaning was up to the customer

Hotel refused to allow check in at 2am and said they would call the police if I called the desk again. Nice time to leave people stranded.

Facility was under complete construction, swimming pool was under construction ( none of this was told during time of booking), toilet in the room was leaking all over the floor, no blow dryer or coffee maker in the room, bed was well used and uncomfortable

24/7 locked entry makes the place seem like a prison. Can’t get to the front desk to check in without being buzzed in. If this is necessary should I stay here to begin with? Moving the auto locking doors to between the entry way and hall with the rooms and elevator would allow security without the prison feel. There are touch activated electronic locks for exit doors that would not require you to press and hold a button to exit the security doors. Again reducing the prison feel.
