The Hotel was okay but disappointed in the service. Had only 2 bath towels in the room with one wash cloth even though we had two beds in the room. The free continental breakfast was disappointing and ALL the coffee was gone by 8:30 am. The one positive thing was the hotel clerk on Friday evening. Very friendly and helpful.

The property is fine there’s no issues at all… But the staffing needs work. I completely understand being overbooked or being booked to the max, I know how the hotel industry works in this regard. But if you were unsure that a room was cleaned and ready for a guest you should not assign the room period. I was assigned a room that was still in the process of being cleaned and was made to wait 45 minutes after I received a key card and went to my room with the full intent of sleeping immediately.
