I really like to stay here because of the access to the freeway. Staff is nice and friendly.

Mixed Review We were comfortable; however, the tub in our room didn't drain; the bathroom sink in our daughter's room didn't drain, and the bathroom sink in our son's room had no cold water. The air vents in all of our bathrooms was very dusty. It seems like housekeeping doesn't report maintenance issues or has no mechanism to report issues

I have been to this site often. This time the toilet seat was starting to swivel. All the outlets weren’t working and inconvenienced availability in the room. Nor was the heater working. The remote doesn’t work with the TV to view the guide. The hotel clerk wasn’t knowledgeable about that either. I’ve never experienced this but maybe I needed to book earlier but I needed it at the last minute. I will still book here because I enjoy the area. Hope I have a better experience next time. I was in Rm 228. Thank you.

When I checked out and looked at my receipt we noticed it had someone else’s name on it. They said they didn’t know how that happened since they clearly had a picture of my ID. They assured me my information wasn’t compromised but I am waiting to see.
