No breakfast I needed a room to stay for one night in the city. I was pleased with my stay until I woke up the next morning for continental breakfast. I always book my rooms based off free breakfast for the convenience. When I got downstairs for breakfast they only had muffins,granola bars and oatmeal. This was very disappointing. Other than that, the room was very clean and kept.
WoW WoW, was very surprised when I went to the hotel on how fresh and how the rooms looked for that price. I will be back.
Very Nice Hotel I was very pleased with the staff, cleanliness, and comfort of this hotel.

me The room had bad odor underbed was nor clean I went out bought my linens and cleaning supplies. I did have complain to the front f desk. because I needed to drop my belongings be some where I. 20 minutes.

Great Family Hotel Nice location, well kept facilities. Pet friendly for a low fee. Could do better at breakfast offering. This will be my go to hotel when I am in the area. Good size room for a family of 4 and a dog.

Resolution of complaints I work in the service industry and yes.... we hate complaining and especially the "Complainer" however they are the challenge of our businesses and service... So please understand I work really hard not to complain! I however went to sleep and awaken to hair on my bed! This is not acceptable at all to my standards cause that means the bed was not made.... maybe it was and it just fell on my bed while being made....
