Disappointed and unimpressed Honestly not impressed. We've stayed at several different extended stay places. This was our first time at an Extended Stay America. I hope they're not all like this one. There was a funny smell in our room before we got there, the AC was ineffective, and there were no appliances or cooking utensils/dishes in the room (you had to request them from the front desk).

Quality of service I had a comfortable stay. My shower had dirt scum which was gross. I had to go to the front desk because no one answered the phone once but other than that my stay was fine.

No breakfast I needed a room to stay for one night in the city. I was pleased with my stay until I woke up the next morning for continental breakfast. I always book my rooms based off free breakfast for the convenience. When I got downstairs for breakfast they only had muffins,granola bars and oatmeal. This was very disappointing. Other than that, the room was very clean and kept.
WoW WoW, was very surprised when I went to the hotel on how fresh and how the rooms looked for that price. I will be back.
