Recommend to stay here if plan is less than 2 days The hotel is specified as smoke free and that impressed me to select this hotel. But when I first open my room door I got very bad smell like someone just had smoke in that room and left the door closed for long time. I asked the receptionist and she initially said we don't have any other room and when I pressed her to provide another room then she went inside and asked her manager then she told me that she will be providing another room the same size and all. Nice hotel close to mall We stayed here for two nights with our one year old and family dog and stay was absolutely comfortable. We stayed in king suite. Hotel staff was very courteous, at check in I requested the room either at top floor or at ground level but end of the hallway and they have no problem in taking care of that request. They gave us the room at ground level, end of the hallway. Also, we requested the late checkout and they accepted that too. Nice but over priced for an extended stay The room was plenty big and everything was clean. I think it cost way too much for an extended stay. I could get an apartment for a month for what it cost to stay 3 days here. Not worth the price especially in Fayetteville.

Awesome stay! The hotel staff here was the sweetest people I have ever encountered! I wanted to live here! Nice big rooms with convenient kitchen and fridge. My only complaint is that I was in a non smoking room and it smelled line smoke
Standard Hotel The suites are large and include a kitchen, which is probably nice if you're staying for a long business trip -- probably a bit overkill if you're just staying for a night like we were. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. It's in an area with several other hotels and there are a bunch of restaurant options within a mile of the hotel.
Near the Mall It was clean and near the places I had to visit for business.
Good Experience. Second time staying here. It was just one night, but the experience is still pleasant. Room was very large, quiet and clean. Hotel staff is friendly and courteous. I would recommend this to friends passing thru North Carolina looking for a one night stay. I can't speak about multiple days or anything in the area as I am just passing thru. I travel a fair amount and will continue to use this hotel as long as it stays the same.

Decent choice for a hotel would stay again Clean large room. I was located on the side and it was quiet. They also offer rooms if you have a pet. Staff was very courteous, which was pleasing in this day. My next trip thru the area I plan to stay there again. My only beef is that it was a little pricey.
