Staff was great but the other guests not so much. The staff is great. My somewhat negative experience was not their fault. We arrived and our 1st room reeked what I thought was weed smoke. The staff claimed it was the burner on the stove that was cleaned recently. They moved us to the room next door. Lamp was broken so we switched it out. Not a big deal. They paid attention. The staff was wonderful. Clean, fresh and believe or not a quiet stay. When I travel to Ohio again this is the place to stay.

Disappointed Advertised with breakfast & hotel and had neither. A little disappointing in why it is advertised this way.

TERRIBLE Never stay here again. False advertising even after I made a telephone call to the hotel to verify the pool was open, it wasn't! I was trying to find a hotel with a pool for rehab after full double knee replacement surgery. THEN we went to the room and there was cigarette smoke when it was a non-smoking room. IF I hadn't already paid upfront I would have left. I would LOVE a refund!!
