Don’t waste your money Very disappointed. We have stayed at Extended Stays before in Orlando and it was not like this. When we arrived the desk clerk was very short and to the point. No personaility at all. No place for truck parking. The clerk told us to park in the fire land. Got to our room and had no bath towels, damp floor, stickiness on the night stands, used q tips in the bathroom drawer along with other trash, and only a partial roll of toilet paper. This place was dirty, smelly, and overall a disgusting hotel. I would never recommend to anyone to stay there. The front desk staff guy seemed high as a kite. Bad! Bad! Bad!

Clean ... good condition Kitchen had NO glasses, cups, utensils etc... called desk at 9pm and told I had to come down and pick up because they couldn’t leave the desk. Room never cleaned, towels replaced second day of stay

Terrible There was no record of my reservation that I had made 2 weeks prior. We were given dirty silverware to use. There was granola bars for breakfast which the last time I knew was not the definition of continental breakfast. They wanted to charge me another $85 at checkout and when I asked for what the woman at the desk couldn't tell me what for. I asked for her manager to give me a call to tell me what it was for and she never called me. It was a terrible experience. I will never stay there again.

Fishkill trip I wish the breakfast was a little bit better. None of the coffee creamers worked, and when I asked for help, it seemed like it was a big bother for the woman behind the front desk. In addition, the breakfast bars were absolutely stale & I had to throw them out, me with nothing at all to eat. It put a real damper on the stay, which was very good until that point.

It is the worst experience after paying that much. The breakfast was uncooked oatmeal and sugary muffins with a bitter coffee
