Manament here seems to have gone south Two the rooms given to me were never cleaned the doors were left open it was a bit creepy. After giving me a third room I finally got a room that was cleaned. Dear management make sure your workers are doing their job or clean them out your hotel is at stake here so fix it

Vending machine only took singles , then ate our money . Staff did help but rather reluctantly. Room set up made it difficult for the AC to make it the bedroom. Very small breakfast , almost would be better without entirely

Kitchen and bathroom sink clogged. The bathroom sink was repaired while i was out for the day.

The first room I was in had a messed up key reader on the door. Nothing the staff did could fix it. Also, the tv and the phone didn't work.

Extended Stay America Hotel It was fair. No amenities. No housekeeping services unless you were staying longer although don’t know what longer means. Stayed two nights had to ask for hairdryer value not so good

This hotel is a pet friendly hotel. However it is not a human friendly hotel. Starting in the lobby through out the hotel. The carpet was dirty in the lobby and hallways as well as the stairwells. The carts to bring your luggage to your room are broken. The floor that I was staying on had a smokey smell even though the hotel is smoking free.
