Dont stay here. We were inforned on arrival that our reservation which were made in February, for a May stay were cancelled. The general manager had gone for tge day, but the Lead did her best to find us othet accomodations through Expedia. After a 25 minute hold time she hung up and called area hotels with no luck. They were eventually able to accomodate our party of 7 in 2 single& one double room. The hotel needs a thorough cleaning and overall updating. Power out for 1 day, no hot water for 2 days Hotel had power fail (1 day) no back up power available. Hotel could not shut down fire alarm for 6hours after power failed. Would not reduce rate, charged full $$$. I was in town to do pre job veiw before company crews mobilize. 14 man crew will not be staying a the Extended Stay America on route 9.

Need some updating. Well the bed and pillows were too soft. My stove only had one burner, and my shower was stopped up, water was leaked. They did fix it, then no coffee at 6:06 am, no cream, then next day no sugar, tea bags ran out. The staff was very nice, the company need to update the place.

Never stay unless it’s for free The first room we were put in smelled of smoke when the building was supposed to be a smoke free building. The second room we were put into had a sink tap that was not stable and rocked back and forth. This room also had a water damaged ceiling where the dry wall was crumbling down. We later started getting bites from ants in the room. We then got moved to another room this room when we walked in had a wall corner protector laying on the floor and the sink leaked. Uncomfortable bed, dirty room. Definitely will not stay at an Extended Stay ever again
