Disappointing When we arrived we were given a room assignment. When we got to our room, it was already occupied. The new was right above the office so we heard music all night. We were also across the hall from the elevator. We were also concerned with some of the things we found in the room such as a fluorescent light secured with plastic wrap. Finally, the complimentary breakfast was disappointing especially the lack of decafe coffee.

Only if you don't have any other choice... Gave us a smoking room tho we requested non-smoking, blamed Hotels.com for that...said no other rooms available...after a time, managed to find us a non-smoking room with one bed and pullout, we agreed to make do with that, were given the key, and then walked in on a couple already unpacked and settling in. Total chaos...

Good location. Easy access to a variety of things. Was a little concerned after reading some reviews, but was pleasantly surprised. Although a little outdated, was very clean, the bed very comfortable.

Old, dirty hotel Our bad experience started out at check-in. There was no record of our reservation. Don't know what the problem was there. Our room was very dirty. Walls were badly in need of paint. Kitchenette cupboards were yucky and sticky, who knows what was in them. The sliding bathroom door was disgustingly dirty. The sofa bed was full of crumbs and the mattress was such awful quality it could not be slept on. We squeezed ourselves and our 4 kids(6 people!) into 2 double beds. It was a very disappointing stay. Would not teturn The hotel it self stunk like cigarette smoke. Opened the pull out couch for my kids to find an empty condom wrapper.

Paid for 2 queens - got 1 queen and a nasty pull out sofa. All hotels in area were full and we were there for West Point Game. Be very careful if you book this hotel on a busy weekend and you don't get there early to get what you paid for - they say sorry nothing they can do and you are SOL!

Feel like I was misled I booked a two double bed with a pull out couch room. Upon arrival, they told me they moved my room to a different hotel and couldn't give me a reason why. When I got to the second hotel to check in the price was cheaper than what I paid online but yet they couldn't give me a reason why or give me any money back. When I got into my room, there was only two beds... No pull out couch. All in all, I paid more money for a lesser room at a different hotel and didn't get an explanation why!

Couple of hours only. This hotel is ok if you need just a couple of hours of sleep the hallway smell like smoke the hallway carpet was dirty, but the staff were very nice and helpful and pleasant.

I would never stay here again This hotel is only 10-12 years old, but is extremely worn. It is a pet friendly hotel so you could smell and see evidence of this. The pull out coach on both ends had been all scratched and pulled by a cat or dog. Our closest door was missing, the hardware was there but door wasn't. The were advertised as having a full kitchen, however they do not stock it with dishes, glasses, pots, etc.. nothing at all. You have to ask for these things.
