Ew So bad. Came back to room at 11 pm after being out for dinner and other people were in my room and my luggage had been moved. Waited till 1 am dealing with hotel staff until she found me another room. Disorganized, unprofessional, dirty and very, very smokey .
Never Again From the outside it looked nice. Once we went in that was another story. No one was at the desk. I waited 20 minutes for some one to come out. Once we check in and head to our room We see empty beer cans in the elevator and one that spilled all over the floor. Our room had a stale smell and was extremely outdated. The beds were like card board. The television had no remote. Just awful. We only stayed one night and was charged $168.

What a dump Oh brother. What a dump. Sketchy people living/staying here. Drunks in the elevator/hallways. Not just someone who parties, more like homeless drunks. Place smells of cigarette smoke and urine. No matter what room. Nasty pull out sofa. I buy better towels to wash my car. When we asked for fresh towels and linens for the sofa, we were told to go downstairs and get them. To say the place needs renovations is an understatement. The worst of hotels.

Extended Stay America Review Disappointing! Overall condition of hotel is in need of repair. Room couch & table...dirty and worn. Rugs dirty, Not a single plate, glass, silverware, pots/pans, etc in the room....for an extended stay hotel, not acceptable! Had to go to lobby to get what you wanted for kitchen...then hotel guests left their dirty dishes, pots, pans, toasters, etc in hallway when they were done....and it took most of the day for housekeeping to clean up. extended stay-fishkill our reservation (3 adults) was for two double beds and also a pull out couch in the room. when we entered the room, there was only one bed with a pull out. reservations was able to change to our request but it was on the third floor and since we had a dog with us we decided to stay put. after returning to the room late we pulled out the couch and discovered there were no linens on it or anywhere in the room. since it was late, we made do with what was in the room. for the price we paid for the room, we... read more
Overall good stay. 2.5 is appropriate rating. The bed was very comfortable. Great night sleep. The shower pressure was the second best thing about this hotel. It was located in a good area with many restaurants and a movie theatre. The hotel did smell like urine on the first floor from the pets they allowed. Our room smelled of smoke even though we requested a non smoking room.
My confirmation from Expedia had non-smoking When I got there they gave me a smoking room stating that Expedia sent the reservation wrong and they did not accommodate hast all so we left.
funeral upon entering room and extending sofa bed...............found condom wrapper. Need I say more ?
A/c The air went out in the middle of the night no open windows. No sleep not happy
