Staff got me a new room asap, when I ran Into an issue.
Staff knew where to go get food, and menus.
Many small items needed repair.
does not smell good. does not provide bedding for sofa bed until you ask for it.
Professional, patient, helpful staff. Pleasant place to stay close to FLL.
The front counter clerk Brittany was very customer friendly and ensured that all amenities needed were in our room. She also helped with us working the washers and I would highly recommend this place to any family traveling on vacation.
