For me everything was ok cause i only stayed one night.

For 1 I get in late rhe gaurd lete in I told him rhe reason I was there he send me back outside to call the front desk which i think was very dumb the agent had a stink attitude I had a room on the third floor the had to take the stairs with all my bags wasn't happy

Exterior Grounds Heavily Littered With Trash The staff were all excellent, friendly and helpful. I rate them five start out of five. The room and condition of the hotel in general were fine too. I have no complaints. However the exterior area of the hotel was a different story being heavily littered with beer bottles and cans as well as every other kind of trash. The staff was helpful. On the downside, there were roaches in the room and some of the pillows had no pillow cases on them. The sheet on the pull out sofa had holes. Guests were smoking in non-smoking areas of the property.

Disappointing at best! The rooms were clean; however, the carpet was wet and slippery in one of the rooms. Linen was not available for the sofa beds. I had to borrow it from a family member living in the area. There were no clean towels available and no pillows for the sofa bed. I was thoroughly aggravated with the management staff, who treated us like part of the homeless community living at the hotel. I didn't know Extended Stay had that type of environment.
