The bath tub was dirty, the room smelled like cigarette and I couldn’t breathe in there, there was “construction” being done and no where to park. The staff at check in was nice but in the am the staff at check out were speaking about other guests in front of me and ignoring the fact that I was right there.

Property in good location, but has not been maintained in years. They are renovating the parking areas, making access difficult. The common areas are filthy. Rooms are very small and VERY basic (one chair, one nightstand and a double size bed with no blanket). Though they tout they have all the necessities for longer-term stays, the kitchen is useless as there are no plates, utensils, pots, pans, soap or even paper towels. The property is a bit shabby away from the main building. The toilet had a "sensor" that allowed the tank to fill but several times, there was no water in the tank. I thought it was broken, but the maintenance man explained that it was a water saving feature. The shower had such low water pressure, that should have been enough in savings! The most popular Cosco in town was just across the street, so traffic was very heavy day and night. The check-in process was quick and easy. However, when we arrived at the room, it was dirty and disgusting, with food and drinks left behind. I traveled from Kissimmee and, despite the previous guests checking out between 10-11 AM, no one had cleaned the room. After a four-hour car ride with exhausted and hungry children, this was the worst experience ever.

Was very upset with the choice of this property. For $240 a night I expected more. Very dirty and room was old and dingy. Should’ve been $50-60 a night for condition of this property and room .

The counters were stained and dirty; they clearly had not been thoroughly cleaned. There was a staple sticking out of one of the cabinets. The shower curtain rod fell on my husband when he attempted to shower. Staff were kind and accommodating, and moved us to a new room. The new room was a bit cleaner. The next morning I woke up to water dripping on the floor in the bathroom - there was a giant leak in the ceiling. This place is fine for a person just needing a place to sleep. Terriblemente sucia, alfombras y cortinas rotas, polvo por doquier, excesivo el olor a marihuana, lámparas rotas. Desde la llegada la percepción fue negativa. Informe que me retiraba, que no me gustaba. No me devolvieron mi depósito. Olor a orín y excremento.
