4 out of a 10 carpet dirty , had to use the 2 or 3 times to get in room , no one was ever a the desk , lost power on one plug in for the lite came on later , elevator sounded like it was falling apart ,needed updated very bad

I arrived at this hotel only to find that they overbooked the place and had instead moved me to their south location on the other side of town. I was warned by the front desk staff that i'd probably be double charged and sure enough I was charged by both properties. The room I was given at the other hotel had roaches in it and was missing many of it's kitchen amenities it was supposed to have. When available and clean, the deluxe studios are huge in size.

Didn't have the room available Unfortunately we did not get the room we paid for. When we arrived we were given a room that slept 4 when we reserved a room that slept 6. We were told that the room we reserved was unavailable and the only thing they could do was give us two separate rooms, which we could not do since we had small children. We had to cancel and find another hotel that night.
