One stay at extended stay America Ft. Wayne-South we checked in and got one room key and wifi password. we tried to login and could not till morning manager came and entered us in the system. we asked for wake-up call at 7am and was told by night manager to enter 4 on telephone pad which did not work as no instructions was available on phone. we went back to her and asked again and then she said press 5 on telephone. Good service close to my mother's nursing home. The people above us were guite noisy til very late in the night
