Floors were unswept and one of the beds appeared to have not had mattress pad changed (I was able to use the other bed).

Fine for the price I was looking for an inexpensive room for a night in a business trip and this location was fine for the price. The building was a bit run down, the light in the bathroom was constantly blinking and the very thin blankets on the bed were lacking warmth, to say the least. But the staff was polite upon checkin and the room was clean, if perhaps a bit long in the tooth.

Had a nice stay at this hotel. Was checked in by a courteous & efficient woman at the front desk, given a 3rd floor room with a sunset view. Everything was clean & worked; we slept well. Couldn't really ask for more.
