The room smelled like nothing..no musty smells no air freshers smell. It just smelled fresh. Very clean. Staff very nice and friendly. Couldn't shower or take a bath because no actual handicapped bars but I didn't ask when I booked. Also I learned I need to be close to elevators. I would stay again but I am a homebody Will recommend to others. .

Lady at check in was super friendly… we stayed for the night bc the ac unit was working in our apartment.. she gave my children lemonade and even told us to call down and let her know if we liked our room or needed anything

The property is well maintained and the staff is very friendly but I wish coffee was available earlier since I work in surgery and leave before 6am.

This will be my chain of hotels wherever i travel They accommodated my family when we didn't have a place to stay. We arrived in Fort Wayne for a JEHOVAH’S WITNESS convention. With 2 small children and a service animal. And the staff helped us out. After driving 6 hours. With check in and check out.

They seem to be in transition, baseboards were falling off, hall floor was uneven and didn't look glued properly, they seemed unprepared for breakfast with very little available. Staff was polite.
