Check in was easy. Personnel were extremely polite and helpful. Room was clean and close to the Stock Show. Loved it!!
One minor change needed but overall good! The night staff person was wonderful and sweet and very helpful. All the other staff were nice too! The only thing I would change is when the office is closed from 11 PM to 7 AM, please put a sign on the door with an arrow pointing to the right laundry to find the staff person. There was no arrow so I chose chose to walk down the side that had a nice sidewalk and it led me to a laundry that I did not know was just for guests. And I could not find the staff person. was convenient for where we had to go but the compactness of the room was disappointing

The location is great for the medical district & TCU. The rooms seemed dated. Our floors were sticky & felt grimey. The bathroom sink countertop looked dirty, but was stained in several place so it made it look that way. We had to ask for a coffee pot for our rooms, but didnt receive any coffee for it. Our room had a phone, yet didnt have the cord to connect to the wall jack so it could be of use. We had requested handicap-accessible rooms because of the bathrooms & yet weren't given such rooms. we were charged a large amount to check in early. we are disabled and were put on second floor with only stair access. the tv did not come on at first, apparently someone loosened the plug in on the back of the tv. we could not attach a playstation to the tv with a hmdi cable because we could not get into the set up screen, had a generic remote not the one for the tv, would not work for anything but on/off and change channels. overall we went there because my husband was having a day surgery nearby and we will not be returni... read more
