The staff was great, very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed chatting with them. The cleanliness of the room was disappointing, however. There were crumbs on the counter and on the rug when I arrived, so it seems that the housekeeping staff skipped several steps when turning over the room. This certainly wasn't the worst place I've stayed, but they could work on the cleaning.

Great Stay,charged twice The service provided for my stay for work was excellent as always but the room I was given had some leftover female hair from the previous patron on the bathroom curtain. Also the ac unit was making weird noises even when it was off for a period of time. I was also double charged for the room when I had already booked in advance and was paid for. Overall stay was great but hoping I’m not charged twice in future ever again or I won’t come back if that isn’t resolved next time.

Very out dated and mold in the shower. Smelled musty!

room was not set up at check'in, staff did get it set up.

I booked this place with thinking they had roll away beds as advertised and they gave me mattress pads to sleep on the floor with.

Work Convienc It was a very pleasant stay for the work I was doing those days at Gillette Stadium for the concerts. Room was clean and the check in was great with awesome service as always. I’ll definitely be back in future.
