My husband booked a room with two beds for my friend and I as we were in town for the Kid Rock concert. When we checked in we were informed that we’d be getting two separate rooms as they had sold out of rooms with two beds. We were charged the same price so no issue there. After the concert it was loud as can be expected from other guest. The continental breakfast wasn’t very appealing. Overall I’d stay here again.

The staff was great, very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed chatting with them. The cleanliness of the room was disappointing, however. There were crumbs on the counter and on the rug when I arrived, so it seems that the housekeeping staff skipped several steps when turning over the room. This certainly wasn't the worst place I've stayed, but they could work on the cleaning.

Great Stay,charged twice The service provided for my stay for work was excellent as always but the room I was given had some leftover female hair from the previous patron on the bathroom curtain. Also the ac unit was making weird noises even when it was off for a period of time. I was also double charged for the room when I had already booked in advance and was paid for. Overall stay was great but hoping I’m not charged twice in future ever again or I won’t come back if that isn’t resolved next time.
