The parking lot was full of crack heads. I drive 13 hours to this property and kept driving until I found a property that I felt safe staying at!

The help was great however the room itself was musty smelling, mattress uncomfortable and the area/people around it the hotel sketchy.

They can do better. I mean, it was what it was, however the room definitely had a smell to it. We had to ask for every little amenity, you could tell the floor hadnt been cleaned under the beds in quite some time nor had the place been dusted.

STAY AWAY This is not the same place you see on Hotels.com. I planned a 1 night stay to pick up my daughter from Wheaton College. This hotel is sketchy at best. As you can see in the photos, the room was disgusting. There are some shady people living here. It seems more like a halfway house. I was followed by 2 people in the parking lot and feared that I was about to be robbed or worse. I was going to have my daughter come spend the night in the room, but after that, not a chance. Probably just a bad day The check in was tedious . The room had stains all over the counters. The shower was covered in hair. The sides of the chair in the room had a goey and sticky substance on the side as well. I had to put the shower at its hottest setting to get Luke warm water

noisy room there was an annoying noise all thru my stay all night long something was going on within the building that was noisy and rattled the room i finally went out and got ear plugs and the bed did not shake as much as the walls and floor i went and questioned the desk he said he wasnt sure but sounds like air in the pipes both he and the person in the morning at check out didnt seem concerned i stayed here in july for 3 nights really loved the place and gave a nice review but now and sorry i booked again

It felt institutional. The website promoted free breakfast, but when I asked the staff person he told us this would be a granola bar. This seemed like false advertising to me as the reality of a granola bar as a "free breakfast" does not match the advertising of other hotels free breakfast which almost universally means a hot meal, coffee, pastries, eggs, toast, fresh fruit, oatmeal, and other amenities.
