No one at the front desk. Had to call for them two times. They gave away my two bedroom reservation and only had one bed. Room was old and smelly
WARNING: Don't trust your 'reservation' Booked with Hotels.com for a night after the Patriots game on 10/3. Was told there were no rooms available despite having a confirmed reservation made the day before. We were turned away at 3 AM, two hours away from home, with no explanation or as much as an apology. They said they sometimes overbook and that we can 'try to call and get a refund'. Luckily we called the Holiday Inn down the road and they had a room available. Only muffin and energy bar for breakfast.
People are living here, they are cooking food, the halls smell like food, supposed to be non smoking building smells like cigarettes and Marijuana. Industrial neighborhood, kinda shady area, keep your car locked!
Staff was nice at check in, but room needs a serious upgrade. Not clean, windows wouldn’t shut, lock on door hanging in by a loose screw. Would of left if it wasn’t non-refundable. Smelled like smoke.
Room was very dirty and smelled horrible. Toilet was lined with mold. Halls smelled almost as bad as the room. We asked the staff for air fresheners and he handed us a bottle of febreeze. For the condition of the hotel and room, definitely overpriced.
