Booked non smoked room and when I arrived they didn’t had non smoking room and the only option they give it hi to smoking room

I didnt like that when we went to check in at 3 our room wasnt clean or ready. The staff started arguing in front of us about why and I thought it was rude. We where in town for a concert so we had to call later to see if it was ready. Our room wasnt the cleanest and the young ladies cleaning our room where blaring music coming off the elevator. We had to pay for a room and leave..that didnt make me feel comfortable. We couldnt even leave our bags because the room wasnt clean. We had traveled a long way and wanted to freshen... read more

The hospital was under complete ongoing renovation;painting interior-exterior, carpet, flooring,-the construction and painting crew had a "campsite" in the rear of the parking lot covered in beer cans, trash, a tent/canopy. We were only there for one night-for a local venue concert. But this place needs another few months before rooms should be rented out-there is a great deal of construction still to be done and the crew is kind of taking over the location.

Hotel staff was mixed. They had some very friendly and accommodating staff, especially Joanna, and some that were downright rude. The room was dirty with dust/dirt build up on the bathroom fan, in the edges around the sink and around the stovetop/sink area. I was told that there could not be a refund, so decided to stay for the four nights. At first I thought that most of the guests were transients and was worried. Serviceable hotel Served its purpose to sleep for 2 nights however room reeked of smoke and the shower was very dirty

No safe, no hangers. Run down worn off paint, so much damage to most everthing, the bathrooms look like the cleaning people don't clean anything from the waist down. Pet friendly facility, so, yeah, stinky.
