No Ice, no extra pillows, no glasses in the room, no toilet paper, overstated "breakfast", rude lady at check-in - 10/22/16, she should be fired.
Dirty room, but very comfortable beds Room wasn't clean. Lamps coated in dust, something spilled on the night stand and table from previous guest(s) not cleaned up, I had to use a wash cloth from the bathroom as there were no paper towels. No utensils, dishes, or pots & pans. Cooktop had black burnt burners. Sheets on the bed were yellowing. Probably won't stay here ever again.
Bait and switch
Very clean. Like staying in a hotel with a kitchen, as we prefer organic. This is the first time we lugged the bucket of dishes, silverware, pans…and the coffee pot and toaster to the room ourselves ourselves. ???? Also not one coat hanger??? Not a way to increase the profit margin.
Did not stay there because they were overbooked! Horrible night i wasvery tired and i got to the hotel after i had already booked and paid and i was told they had no rooms left! Horrible night

$170 doesn't give you much here Not what I was expecting. I thought I was getting a great room, instead I got a funky smelling, out dating, and uncomfortable room. Nothing has been maintained everything just appears worn. The bathroom looked like it was never cleaned from before and just an FYI, there's no complimentary shampoo & conditioner. The rooms smelled like dope, both of them! The front desk lady, Linda was very kind and tried to spray the rooms.
We were given a smoking room which we did not book (that was all they had left) and the whole floor smelled horrible secondhand smoke. The room was filthy. The ice machine was broken. Would not recommend this hotel
