Serviceable hotel Served its purpose to sleep for 2 nights however room reeked of smoke and the shower was very dirty

No safe, no hangers. Run down worn off paint, so much damage to most everthing, the bathrooms look like the cleaning people don't clean anything from the waist down. Pet friendly facility, so, yeah, stinky.

The bed was a brick. The bathroom counter was chipped. The shower never got warm, let alone hot. The whole room was very dated. We selected a smoking room and we were not given one. It was too late in the evening to go back downstairs and complain to the staff. But, I’d honestly like a refund. Our stay was awful and we couldn’t get any sleep on that bed— or even a hot shower in the morning.

Extremely Disapointed Experience So unpleasant. Bathroom sink and the tub super dirty and most importantly clogged at all time. As a result of the clog, the bath tub retain or collect pool of water 5 to 8 inches above your ankle as you take your bath. Maintenance have deleted days of schedule work therefore you are stuck with the problems. The most disgusting of all was the bed sheets and the entire floor was covered with pets hair. Room was dirty. It’s a shame, been there before and it was clean. This time it looked like they made the bed and that was it

I booked two rooms in the hotel for 2 days which were clean but that was the only thing good about the room. Both rooms smelled like cigarette smoke, comforter had cigarette stain and burn marks, side table had cigarette burn marks. My wife and my friends wife and kid got itchy nose and started sneezing. We had to open windows in order to have fresh air come in to room. Never going back Bathroom didn't look like it had been cleaned in a month, "breakfast" was coffee, granola bars, and small single serve muffins.

Sucks! No air conditioning, clogged drain in bathroom sink, light ficture falling off wall, kids screaming in the hall way. Almost ran over a kid running in the parking lot.

Not pleased The welcoming staff was overwhelming rude and sarcastic, not a great vibe. Granted I know it was only a 2 star hotel, and we only stayed one night for a concert, the room WAS NOT clean. The bath tub had hair all over it, towels were stained, sheets were stained, and the lights barely worked. Will not be staying here again.
