If I had 4 hands I would give it 4 thumbs down! The room smelt like mold and crusty socks. There was an Egyptian Kool-aid cap, a black lighter, an empty water bottle, and god knows what under the bed. The trash under the sink was filled with old dominos pizza boxes. YUCK. An indiscriminate stain found on the pillow. Also, a mysterious voice and banging could be heard from our room. OH AND our room wasn’t ready when we arrived and were told to come back. Rooms not ready at 430 PM; staff did not care. No Amenities (soap, etc.) in room. Room condition marginal.
The room was not stocked with kitchen supplies and you need to call down for them. The room was not cleaned well as the trash wasn't emptied and floors were not vacuumed. There was a single shampoo and no conditioner and the shower water was yellow.
We booked tgis property in March knowing we would 8 HOURS AWAY FROM HOME, do not know the area and would be checking in late at night. We get a call saying there was a problem and there was no room for us.
Room smelled terrible. Sticky floors. Tried not to touch anything. Definitely a party hotel for people going to the xfinity center.
Sadly this property is in need of an overhaul. Very dated furniture, uncomfortable mattresses, flat pillows and NO blankets. Room was smelly and the windows are fixed so you can't open for fresh air. Continental breakfast was packaged granola bars, mini muffins and oatmeal. Our bill was incorrect at check out and staff needed to make a lengthy call to get it rectified. All the smokers at the hotel sit right at the entrance doors and smoke-everytime we left or returned it was through disgusting thick smoke. While this wasn't ... read more
