Dirty and smelly Room smelled of cigarette smoke. Public areas--elevator, hallway carpets--extremely dirty.

Switcharoom from double to single bed Requested two bed room but when we got there they gave us a single bed room for two grown men one man very large.They would also not give me a refund. It also took over one hour to check in. Will dispute through my credit card.

I didn't stay there I cancelled this reservation back in April when my boyfriends cancer came back and we could not use this room. I am being charged by Expedia for this.

Smelly, in every way. Checked in one evening with a close friend, upon entering the lobby, there was an odd smell we both noticed, mix of musty and old smoke. Once we got to the 3rd floor, there was a different smell. Our room was mediocre at best, but the fan didn't work in the bathroom and there are no 'public' restrooms for use (front desk informed me of this). They were not ready for check ins on time we arrived at almost 4pm and rooms were still being cleaned. Our room smelled heavily of stale cigarette smoke, haze on the windows from cigarette smoke, the bathroom door lock broken, no real amenities for the price. The staff were at least pleasant and helpful.

Uncomfortable Front desk attendant was not behind the desk when I arrived. 3 groups waiting to check in. Took 20 minutes to get into my room. Third floor smells like cigarette smoke. Dogs barking on the first floor. Room was not clean. Floor and bathroom. Air conditioning unit did not work properly. Very outdated room.
