Beware Terrible! The room door couldn’t be opened, there was a glitch. Had to get the front office to open it. 9:30am- the cleaning crew was knocking on our door, when they should have a list of empty rooms that need to be cleaned, and not interrupt us. Then at 10:15am, maintenance crew rudely interrupted our stay. They stated that they were only going to take 10 minutes, but they took 30 minutes. I got there at 330 pm to check in the room was being cleaned. I was able to get into the room at 4 pm and the room was not cleaned yes the sheets and towles were clean but all the seating had crumbs and dog hair everywhere. The smoke Detector kept beeping every few minutes

Customer service lacking They’re computers were down and instead of helping or making a effort simply said get a refund and figure it out at 2am

Not good :( There was trash in my room and the bed was not clean. I slept in my clothes and used my own pillow it was gross. It was expensive too and not cleaned

This was the worst experience I have ever had. There was a smell in the room and it appeared dirty. When. I sat on the bed I noticed a faint smell. I lifted the sheet and noticed there wasn't a mattress protector. As soon as I lifted the corner of the sheet there was visible blood, mouse poop, and other secretions. Helen was extremely helpful and I was refunded.

Bad choice The unite was completely empty no dishes in the kitchen very few towels found a a Bobbie pin in the floor. Lot of noise and dogs were barking. Upon leaving the girls at the front desks didn’t even look at us. The guy who check us in was very nice though. One good thing
