Even though they only had 1 room left and was a smoking room, it did not smell like smoke, indicating that they clean all there rooms. Will definitely stay here again.

Room was generally clean and well kept. Bed was comfortable and the area was quite at night. Poor television signal on several channels and exterior garbage cans were not dumped frequent enough and allowed to overflow. These issue were minor and it is a good place to stay with pets. We will stay here again.

Expedia aderviertizes breakfast included. It turns out that's coffee, hot water, and a package of instant oatmeal, which is advertized that way on the Hotel's website but not expedia. No coffee machine in the room. Not even glasses or cups. No ice machine on the property.

It’s not a typical hotel - sparse on amenities and normal hotel stuff in the room. If you want a simple place that’s relatively cheap and you can cook your own food, it works. If you are looking for an upscale place to land, check elsewhere. Really depends on your needs. Other than the very slow checkin I didn’t have any problems. Convenient and simple for me. I am planning on staying elsewhere next time but that’s because I’m used to typical hotel arrangements.

I was always stay at this property whenever I am in the Fresno area. Staff is always polite, knowledgeable, and professional. The room is always clean and comfortable. Restaurants and shopping are literally within walking distance. I recommend this property whether your traveling alone or with your family. You can't go wrong with Extended Stay America Fresno-North.

Room was clean, but exterior and elevator could be cleaned up to make it look better. Power wash concrete. The gum and other stains look terrible.

Did not like hat parking was not assigned to room. Also that they did not have things like coffee pots and coffee already In the room had to call to get one.
