I was always stay at this property whenever I am in the Fresno area. Staff is always polite, knowledgeable, and professional. The room is always clean and comfortable. Restaurants and shopping are literally within walking distance. I recommend this property whether your traveling alone or with your family. You can't go wrong with Extended Stay America Fresno-North.

Room was clean, but exterior and elevator could be cleaned up to make it look better. Power wash concrete. The gum and other stains look terrible.

Did not like hat parking was not assigned to room. Also that they did not have things like coffee pots and coffee already In the room had to call to get one.

We were leaving the property around 3:00 pm on Saturday and saw an open drug deal happening right in front of us. Made that night and the following day uncomfortable. Won’t be staying there again.

This was my third trip to Fresno over the last 1.5 years. I have stayed at this property on my last two (2) visits. The staff has always been very friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and very helpful. The room is clean, comfortable, and equipped with a full size fridge. Extended Stay America Fresno-North never disappoints.

We arrived at 1am and when we asked for a stay beyond normal check out they only begrudgingly gave us 11:15! They weren’t the friendliest or most welcoming people.
