Hurricane Irma retreat The hotel never lost power during the hurricane! Staff was extremely accommodating to those of us escaping the hurricane.

Great location, good premises, very dirty Great staff, very friendly, good location, very dirty floors in the room, extremely dirty a/c - ruined my daughter's allergies

We arrived very late they still didn't have my reservation. I had to wait 15 mins while she was on the call with at least 5 different people. Once she gave us room key she said if anyone is in this room just come back down and I'll give you another room.... it was 3 am and you don't know if anyone is in room!! After that we enjoyed the stay . Room was nice.. beautiful, clean and I would stay again.

Layover stay. We had a quick layover. I arrived after hours but the staff was very accommodating. The hotel was great.
