would be great for a long stay service was very cheerful, room was nice, though the heater was noisy and there was hair in the sink. the kitchen area would be great for guests staying longer than one night of rest

We have stayed at this hotel once a year for the last 3 years visiting family in Gainesville. It's seemed a little more run down than last year. The frying pan supplied for the kitchen was unusable. One of the dresser drawers had nails sticking out in the inside where your clothes go. Just little things that seemed different than before. Otherwise we will stay there again.

Asked for a printed receipt and staff did not want to print it, the reason being "get it through Hotels.com, because the rate is low to print receipts".

The room smells like cigarette smoke and people were smoking on the balconies
