Well Worth It !!! This hotel was at a great location and accessible to the interstate. The staff was very friendly. We checked in at 2 AM and the person at the front desk was all smiles and very helpful. I wish I knew what her name was so i can thank her and tell her how much I appreciated her checking us in that early in the morning with such a great attitude.

Great overnight Just a one night stay for a football game, but great location, clean facility, and friendly and helpful staff. We would definitely return!

One night in Gainesville. The hotel was clean, quiet and reasonably priced. Close to interstate and plenty of dinning choices near by. I was there to see a concert at U of Florida and was able to walk to the concert.

Home suite home. We used lodgings for our supervisor while on a local job site. It's close, clean and having a kitchen is great.Price was good too.

Not bad, needs some basic upgrades Checked in late and good experience. Staff friendly and courteous. Room average. Fridge and a/c were noisy. Bath tub was not clean. Need to make sure drains are cleaned once in a while. Found a pair of tweezers on the floor next to bed. Not sure how much cleaning goes on. Not bad for the price. Location is good for shopping and restaurants. Just need to up cleaning of room. If using the cookware it is not very good no matter how much you try to make it not stick to the pan! Nice Hotel while visiting your Student The hotel is a not easy to see coming in on 40th, there is no sign at street level, but we were already familiar with the area and found it easily. The room is comfortable, spacious enough for 2 and the facilities were in excellent shape and seemed well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would note that for a longer term style of facility, it does lack an iron/ironing board and hair dryer in room. For coffee and kitchenware, you need to request it.
