Not elegant, but fine for the price Hotel was renovating many rooms during our stay. The hotel room was generally noisy. The quality of the facility was comparable to the price of the stay. Queen-sized bed felt small compared to the one I have at home.

Not bad for 1 night.... If you need a place to crash for not a lot of $$$, this is your place. They should not advertise "complimentary breakfast".....it is coffee, granola bars and packaged muffins.

The room was supposed to be nonsmoking but it still reeked of smoke. They were renovating many of the other rooms at the time and there was equitment strewn about everywhere. I almost stepped on what looked like a box cutter on the stairs.

Great Value It's clearly not a 4 or 5 star hotel, but for a low budget option, i would definitely recommend.
Expected more luxery Nice to be able to cook. Wish they had spices and dish detergent provided. Place not as clean as it should have been.
Only hotel in Gainesville that had room available The room was fine, the shower great, but they left us empty bottles of shampoo.
