No heater. It was cold and the rooms heater didn’t work. A coworker said his wasn’t either. Toilet took multiple tries to fully flush. WiFi was terrible. Room wasn’t clean. Stove wasn’t level, so when you put your pan on it it wasn’t even.

My daughter and I stayed here for week. The floors were so dirty my daughters feet were black after walking bare feet in the room. The toilet had a reddish scum ring and didn’t look like it had been scrubbed for a month. Used dental floss on floor of bathroom. Dirty dirty. I had to use bleach wipes to clean light switches and counters. I actually bought a swiffer and cleaned the floors and purchased blue drop ins for the toilets. I want to start this by saying the check in process was good. The ladies working were very kind and welcoming. The room though was absolutely disgusting and it’s more than housekeeping can fix. There were no toiletries in the room. All night long there are multiple dogs barking. Mildew smell and the bathrooms were horrible. There were rips in carpet. It just seems like this hotel isn’t up to par and it’s sad because there is some potential for it to be a nice place.

The computers were down so check in process was slow was checked in by staff calling someone on their cell phone. Room completely smelled of old cigarettes. Ceiling in the shower had mold. Carpet had stains.

Room was very very stinky, the doors and windows had to be opened for an hour to let the fresh air come in but still it only helped to some extent

The room was clean for the most oart but the bathroom was not at its best. The tub was very dirty and the water went down slow.

Yes ..The rooms are not upto standard. I've stayed at Extended Stay hotels earlier but this time found it in very shappy condition. No kitchenette, not a single item, room and toilet is also very very old, floor was bit dirty, overall not upto the mark in any standard yet the charges are 130+, not a value for money at all. I don't think I'll book this again here or anywhere else for the same cost.

Room was very dated and had a weird smell. The outside of the whole hotel was very dirty with some questionable people walking around. Would not stay again.
