Ok stay Several days there was no coffee or food at the free breakfast. Vapping in hallways made it smell terrible and caused my daughter to have an asthma attack. Size and cleanliness of fridge sink and cookers was very good. Small water leak in bathroom under sink. Confusion about additional 25 dollar check in fee. Front desk staff had people skill problems.
Staff was great, room was OK. Would have liked to see basic amenities like hair dryer, minimal dishes, cooking utensils provided without asking for them.
Wifi code didnt work properly, front door was locked upon arrival, and employee asked us for cigarettes. Room was fine. No major complaints overall.

I had a problem with my booking and the staff bent over backwards to resolve it. The room was very clean. There were extra towels which was great. I will stay here every time I visit Hampton.
Clean comfortable rooms. However, I arranged a late check in but no one was at the front desk. I had to spend one night at a different hotel. The next day they were helpful and the situation was taken care of to my satisfaction.
