Great place to stay with my two dogs. Large suite , comfortable bed and great to have stove microwave and refrigerator in my room! Really good to have a laundry facility as well!
I tried to change my reservation to a 2 double bed room from a 1 double bed and sofa sleeper room but there were none available. I inadvertanly reserved the wrong room, my fault not yours but the sofa bed was very uncomfortable.
Great stay! Clean and pleasant Was pleasantly surprised during my stay. I had low expectations but everything was well taken care of and clean, though perhaps slightly dated. Staff was very nice. It’s annoying to have to ask for kitchen utensils etc but I can understand why it’s set up as such. My only issue was they ran out of extra blankets so I couldn’t get an extra one but hardly anything to complain about

I like everything the service was good all staff was great
A few tweaks & it would have been a perfect stay. This was my 3rd stay at this Extended stay hotel, me my kids & my dog checked in a bit late (after 11pm) gladly they have a system set up for late arrivals where you go through the first set of doors pick up the phone dial a number to let them know that you want to check in, some one comes unlocks the door to the lobby & check you in, I love that they give you a magnet to put outside your door to let the staff know that there is an animal inside.
