Staff was great, super friendly and extremely willing to go the extra mile. Everything was clean, but the beds were uncomfortable and the bedding was thin.

Stayed a few days with son while helping him search for an apartment. Great location, quiet, and clean, with a roomy room. Kitchen supplies not in room due to COVID, but were provided on request. Great friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast sucks - just some stale granola bars and pre-packaged muffins

Just the basics Rooms are large with nice sized kitchenette. But, the cupboards are completely empty, you have to go to front desk to ask for each fork or cup you need to use. It's a bit unsettling. Also had to go to front desk to ask for bed fittings and sheets for sofa bed. And they had no blanket for the sofa bed (in middle of winter). They also never cleared the snow and ice from the walkways or parking lot, which became a deathtrap in freezing conditions. Breakfast is very minimal.
