The room was not cleaned throughout my stay My stay was good but coming home every day with unclean room

Very nice property in Monterrey, near Periferico. We arrived in the early evening. We went to the restaurant, which is open until midnight, and ordered a very nice meal.

No Room At The Inn I am not the Virgin Mary. I paid for my room OCTOBER 5th. When I arrived on October 18, there was no room for me. I was told all the rooms were filled. Orbitz confirmation indicated there was no need to call. Payment was previously paid but after arriving at 12 midnight it took them until 3:30 to "find me a room". Another person arrived a bit after me. She was from out of state and also there for a conference. She was told the same thing. Nice and clean hotel room! The shower pressure sucked! It was releasing water very slowly!

Could be better with better management. All in all it was ok. I know this isn't a 5 star hotel or intended to be so I can't knock it too much for the price. BUT I do feel that management could be a bit more accommodating. When we checked in we noticed the booking was for a single Queen. We were confused because we figured what we ordered was a single King since that's pretty much the standard in just about every hotel in America.
