Could be better with better management. All in all it was ok. I know this isn't a 5 star hotel or intended to be so I can't knock it too much for the price. BUT I do feel that management could be a bit more accommodating. When we checked in we noticed the booking was for a single Queen. We were confused because we figured what we ordered was a single King since that's pretty much the standard in just about every hotel in America. Systems down upon arrival and I had to wait after midnight for check in.
Excellent stay, quiet, spacious, cleanliness, bathroom, and kitchen...very pleased!

Not bad Not bad but no pool. That eas my fault i didnt read thoroughly enough. Over all extended stays are a great value.
Nice hotel for location Inexpensive, great location, right next to grotto(great Italian food.) close to galleria.
Good location near Galleria Mall Clean and reasonably priced. No parking fee is s plus
Clean Place To Sleep Near Galleria I was looking for a cheap place to spend one night. Met my needs at a price I was expecting and a third of many of the others near there.
