Functional well located great staff feel welcome Friendly helpfull staff felt at home. The loxation is great for going around houston downtown business and galleria areas for Shopping Breakgast limited but besides that pros outweight this. Starbucks is close as are other restaurants for dining lunch etc.
Good low price range Hotel This Hotel is good considering it is a lower priced Hotel. The staff were very polite and professional which increased my overal impression

Could have been a little better The location was great but TV didn't work and dog in room down stairs barked all night.
Good location Shower only reached lukewarm temperature, wasn't really hot. Ammonia cleaning smell but other than that it was great

Nice hotel close to shopping areas and restaurants Wonderful experience, great amenities, and great customer service. A most definitely good place to stay!
