The front desk staff was excellent. However, the toilet backed up and although was accommodating to provide another room, that toilet was also in need of repairs. I would suggest the hotel do some more maintenance checks to ensure everything is okay.

Average hotel stay- not fabulous The room we got had a very old smell to it. and carpet was old and need to be shampooed. They only clean the room once a week and if you stay less then 1 week then they will not service it. I asked front desk if they could send someone down to vacuum at least. they said someone would come but no one ever came. plus you have to take trash out to the dumpster at the far end of lot yourself. I don't know why people rated this as a fabulous hotel. I would say its pretty average.

The location was very close to the airport, which was good for my early departure.

Great Hotel The hotel is clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. The only compliant is people are allowed to smoke inside the hotel. And the hallways and rooms smell like cigarette smoke all the time.

Great Stay! Excellent place, really great and accommodating staff. Very clean and comfortable rooms.
