Hotel is close to the airport with easy access to freeway. Check in experience was mediocre due to front office staff lack of professionalism. Requested a room located on upper floor but was denied despite availability. Front office staff was focused on up selling for additional charge rather than meeting the needs of guests. First time ever that I heard that staff will be checking the room before I can check out. Is this standard policy for Extended Stay properties? Property does not offer complimentary breakfast.

Well located an inexpensive. However they charged me twice for my room because of a clerical error at the front desk. They will refund it.

Was a nice clean hotel. Staff were very friendly. Booked thinking there would be a breakfast but only had granola bars and muffins although no a deal breaker.

Everything was great, room, staff and property. The price was outstanding. I am happy. However there’s no coffee. Anywhere. Breakfast was disappointing.
