Staff were friendly and helpful; however, I was told at check out that I would get a folio e-mailed to me and that has not happened. The room was in good shape except for frayed carpet transition with floor and exposed carpet nails.
It was nice that they warned us before fully checking in that the pool was out of service. :( Wouldve loved to stay, was bery intrigued. We look forward to trying them again on another trip.
The staff is friendly. The bed sheets and towels are clean but the mattress is too old and squeaks a lot. Also the carpet looks old and dirty.
I liked having complimentary laundry- that was a plus.
Felt safe & very quiet. We were able to relax............
