Comfort stay. Great location!!
Ask for your NEEDS Everyone was friendly. Attempted early checkin, room wasnt ready, so we went to eat. Lady at front desk, told me she would put me close to elevator as i am in an air cast for broken ankle. When we returned to check in, the room she put is in was the farthest from elevator on third floor. Our trip was a 5 day stay, but wanting NO issues, i kept my mouth shut. After 5 days, i regretted not saying anything. It was crazy far down that long hallway, so we made sure to only come and go one time a day.

My friend and I stayed for a few days while attending to some medical treatment at nearby MD Anderson. The rooms were perfect for our needs and staff were friendly and accommodating.

The hotel was just ok, everything was fine and I don’t have much complaints considering the price that I paid, but the hotel cleanliness is an issue. The room was smelly and found cockroach in the toilet. Thank you
